Our room was not only new-fashioned, but also unique with modern baths and a balcony overlooking Franziskanerplatz, as example. The staff was affable and amicable, offered impeccable services. Good location right by a quiet square with short walk to the covered bridge and the lake in walking distance and the restaurant and bar, cafés and bars were very close to the hotel.

Romantic hotel, great service & efficient staff. Good sized rooms with feather pillows and outstanding views. Very comfy bed, central heating, a safe, and multi-channel TV, super clean room. Favourable and stunning location for our visit to a covered wooden footbridge a 10-15 minute walk from the property. Easy check-in, parking nearby. Not to mention free wifi! Real good stay, as always.

Friendly staff, neat and tidy roof and flexibility with check-inn. Our train arrived very late and we were able to arrange a late check-inn with a near by hotel that was manned 24hr.

Very convenient to the city center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was quite large, which was a nice change from other European hotels. Comfortable beds, pillows, and very clean.
Would have been nice to have fans/cooling apparatus in rooms during summer months, as it can be quite warm, and with windows open, it can be very loud.
